You can opt for a pillowcase but it isn't necessary.  The Pebble Wrap cover works as a pillowcase.  It is removable and washable and like the Pebble covers used on the mattresses, the Pebble Pillow cover wrap is immersed in a NanoSphere® bath to make it liquid- and stain-resistant.
